Chippy’s Broccoli Casserole

 

 

My aunt, Chippy, has been making this recipe ever since I can remember.  It’s a classic in my book. Chips says, the easy ones always are!

 

 

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 4- 10oz. bags of Broccoli cuts
  • 1 Stick unsalted Butter
  • 16 oz. Velveeta

Topping

  • 2 Sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1 Stick unsalted butter

Directions

Preheat Oven 350°

  1. Boil Broccoli cuts, drain, set aside.
  2. In pan, melt 1 stick of butter and add Velveeta (cut into cubes)
  3. Place broccoli cuts in 13×9 dish and cover with the cheese mix.
  4. Crumble the crackers and side aside in bowl.
  5. Melt stick of butter and pour over crackers, fluff with fork.
  6. Cover Broccoli and the cheese mix with cracker and place in oven uncovered for 35-45 minutes.
