Directions
- Beat egg whites in medium size bowl for aprox. 20 sec
- Add coconut flour, whisk until well combined. Let sit for at least 2 min.
- Add herbs, whisk to incorporate.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Swirl until it evenly coats bottom of skillet.
- Heat on medium high heat until it’s firm enough to flip.
- Continue to heat and flip until desired texture is reached on both sides. This step can take up to 10 min or more.
NOTES:
- I use Bob’s Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour. The crust was much more firm.
- Once done, place crust on to baking pan.
Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and desired toppings. Bake for 6-12 min at 425° - Once cheese has melted, I like to broil on top rack until cheese is slightly darkened.
Slice and eat immediately!
